To legalize the documents or manuscripts prepared on forms such as proxy, the sworn statements etc ... the national will:     

* Appear in person at the Consulate General.     
* Be provided with an identity algérienne.     
* Sign the document in the presence of the Consular Officer.     
* Birth Certificate
* National identity card
* Residence permit
* Applicable fees
