You must get a
certificate called Constancia de Emisio'n de Certificado de Antecedentes
Penales from the Registro Nacional de Reincidencia in Buenos Aires or from branches throughout the

to get this certificate.
Non-Resident
Requests
You can get a
certificate called Constancia de Emisi o'n de Certificado de Antecedentes
Penales by applying and paying fees at an Argentine consular office.
Please note that
when applying you must specifically mention that the certificate is requested
"con excepcio' n al art i' culo 51 del
Co'digo Penal.¡¡L The certificate must be issued by the Federal Ministry of
Justice and Human Rights.
