Applicants should obtain either a Casier Judiciaire or a Certificat de Bonnes Moeurs from either the Tribunal Civil, the Ministère de la Justice et de la Sécurité Publique or the Police Nationale d¡¦Haïti in Port-au-Prince.

Documents Required
* Valid identification (passport and birth certificate),
* A full set of fingerprints and
* Three photographs, and
* Pay the applicable fees.
